"We'll see!" Suzanne faces life calmly and serenely. She lives alone in the house where she was born in 1930, on the edge of a forest in the French Vosges, where there is no water or electricity, but she knows how to make do using the old methods invented by her grandparents. She spends her time cultivating the vegetable garden, reading the newspaper and taking long walks, without ever feeling alone thanks to visits and phone calls from her friends. The documentary was shot over four seasons, during which the two directors managed to capture, with extreme delicacy, every facet of her existence. The protagonist makes us reflect on the priorities of life, savouring its little pleasures day after day and engaging everyone she meets with her contagious laughter.
