A little dragon has very small wings and is teased by the other dragons, so he decides to build himself some artificial ones. While trying them out, he accidentally stumbles into the city of humans. The people are afraid and want to keep him away, except for one child who befriends him. Thanks to his tenacity and willpower, the little dragon eventually gains everyone's approval.
