MY RECYCLED MEMORY
Very young children learn to stimulate their visual memory by playing memory games with recycled papers and cards. Scissors, glue, markers and lots of colored cards with which to create original personalized cards, under the guidance and with the stories of Sonia Padovanello, paper craftsman. Each participant will take home their personal version of the game created during the workshop.

BriNIAt: MOROCCO MEETS LESSINIA
Together with the guys from the Cooperativa La Cordata, participants will prepare briwat, the typical Moroccan fried rolls in sweet and savory versions. We will make phyllo dough and experiment with unusual fillings, combining flavours from Lessinia and Moroccan spices and flavours, thus transforming the briwat into briNIAt! The rolls will then be cut, stuffed, fried and, finally, decorated. A tasty accompanying sauce will also be prepared.
