ONE HOUR AS A CHEESEMAKER
This is the traditional workshop of the Monte Veronese DOP Cheese Consortium for children and adults, dedicated to the transformation of milk into cheese. Each participant will make, in their own workstation, a caciotta from fresh bovine milk, following the instructions of the expert cheesemaker. During the workshop, a fun simulation will be held to better understand the principles of cheesemaking. A tasting of Monte Veronese DOP cheeses will follow.

NIGHT JOURNEY TO THE MUSEUM
In the spaces of the renovated “Luxino” Ethnographic Museum of Bosco Chiesanuova, the night comes alive with stories and tales and a special treasure hunt on the theme of water to learn how the inhabitants of Lessinia collected rainwater and stored it for their daily activities. The next morning, participants can continue this discovery by taking part in the hike, “The Water Walk.”
