This is the story of two groups of speleologists from Trieste competing simultaneously to reach the Timavo by way of a daunting series of excavation in the Triestine Karst. Is an extreme effort, difficult, and very dangerous, comparable to those of their eighteenth-century miners and justified only by the limitless passion and uncontrollable desire ti transform a legend into reality.
Tullio Bernabei
Born in 1958, he is a speleologist, Alpinist, and explorer: He has made documentary films in many areas of the world, in particular Mexico, where he is a co-founder of the Geographica Mexico Project and of Speleoresearch & Films. He is amongst the founders of the association, La Venta.
