An aspect that we perhaps do not often think about when describing a landscape or the place where we live is the sound world that surrounds us, a dimension that travels in the spectrum between absolute silence and deafening volumes, from infrasound to ultrasound that the human ear cannot perceive. Raquel Castro tackles a sound exploration of urban contexts and natural landscapes to tell us how sound is an important catalyst for the transformation of environments and panoramas, crossing fundamental themes in the narration of urban and social contexts and accustoming the spectator/audience to more conscious listening, because "the soundscape influences us and we ourselves are responsible for the sound we generate".
